I must admit that Captain Beefheart is one of those musicians that I’ve been told many times to check out and yet somehow just never did. This morning I read that he just passed away after a long fight against MS. That was the motivation it took for me read up and listen. Clearly, the world is now short one incredibly unique individual. In the early 80’s after being diagnosed with his illness, Anton Corbijn created a short film interview project with Captain Beefheart. David Lynch makes a few appearances asking questions too.
